There’s a discrepancy with mine or my pet’s information, how can I correct this?

Mistakes happen! If you need to update any of your account information, you may be able to update some basic details under your “Profile & Account” page of your pet portal. If you are unable to update your information or notice that your pet’s information is incorrect, please call us and a member of our team would be happy to assist.
